Why Horizon House exists.
The transition from clinical treatment back into everyday life is often the most vulnerable time in a person's recovery. Without a safe environment and a supportive network, the risk of relapse is high.
Horizon House was founded to bridge that gap in Warminster, PA. We saw the need for a premier recovery residence serving Bucks County and the greater Philadelphia area that didn't feel like an institution, but rather a dignified, comfortable home where residents could rebuild their lives with respect and accountability.
Our philosophy is simple: provide a clean, substance-free environment, establish clear structure, and foster a peer community that lifts each other up.

We are deeply rooted in the Warminster, PA neighborhood. Our sober living home is part of the local fabric, and our residents are encouraged to be active, positive members of the Bucks County community through work, service, and local engagement.
